Every year the Council of the Federation (made up by the Premiers of the provinces and territories of Canada) meet to discuss various issues. In most cases the premiers have their families with them. This bilingual "save the date" mailer was sent to the children of the attendees as a teaser to get them excited about their time in Regina.
